At Inversionandes Analytics S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Inversionandes") we value and respect the privacy of the people who visit our website and use our services. This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in accordance with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP, Official Gazette Supplement 459 of May 26, 2021) and its 2023 General Regulation.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact or subscription form (name and email), as well as technical browsing data (anonymized IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) collected through analytical cookies, provided you have given your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) respond to your information requests, (ii) send you informational communications about the platform when you have expressly authorized them, (iii) analyze site usage to improve the experience, and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in Ecuador.

You may also file a complaint with the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
